Strategy

Strategy games are a genre of video games that emphasize skill in military tactics and/or economic development. They’re typically slower-paced than other types of video games, due to the fact that players need to worry about managing many different aspects of their economy. Strategy games can also be defined as any game where players face off against an opponent and win through the use of strategy without physical interaction between the opponents. While this may include board and card games, it usually excludes children’s strategy video-games designed for pre-teens.
